Does Studio-Online offer payment on account?

What payment methods can I use?
After logging in, you can create jobs within the secure environment and immediately see the costs. You can pay safely online with Visa and Mastercard, or pay via your own bank using iDeal or via your PayPal account. Pay for each job separately or allow your credit balance to grow so you can be ready faster the next time. Would you like payment on account? What are your delivery times?
You can upload images to us 24 hours a day, all the images that we receive are processed immediately. You can receive your images back from us within 24 hours, or even 12 hours. Sunday hours are not included when determining the delivery time.
Where can I find my invoice?
If you are logged in, you can click on the Invoices heading in your personal area. You can download the invoices from here.

How does Studio-Online work?

How does Studio-Online meet its CSR responsibilities?
Studio-Online pursues an active policy with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility. What does this actually for Studio-Online? I. Studio-Online (and our affiliate company in India) complies with the OECO guidelines for multi-national enterprises (see also: www.oesorichtlijnen.nl). II. The International Marketing Expedition (TIME), part of the University of Tilburg, was commissioned by Studio-Online to conduct a large-scale study on the corporate social responsibility of our affiliate company in India. The study report is available for inspection at our office. III. Studio-Online refers to the Dalit Discrimination Check. This is a study carried out at our affiliate company in India. This study has been selected by the Ministry of Economic Affairs to demonstrate corporate social responsibility in India and is specifically aimed at international businesses in India. It also pays a lot of attention to the discrimination of the caste system (www.humanrightsbusiness.org). IV. Finally, Studio-Online continuously develops the knowledge of her employees and our partner company. The Indian staff are trained via company visits, as well out of our Dutch headquarters (via phone, Skype and email), in order to meet the quality requirements of customers in the Netherlands. How can I register?
You can register online. You can create an account by pressing the button, Create Account. We will ask you to fill in some simple details. Shortly after you click the Confirm button, you will receive an e-mail message with a link and a password. Click on the link to activate your account. Log in with your password. You will then be able to upload images and a job immediately.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you must initially log in using the password that you have received in the e-mail message. Afterwards, you will be able to change your password in your personal area.
Do I have to install special software to send my jobs to Studio-Online?
No, the web application is completely web-based. You do not need to install software onto your computer, you can use the program directly through a web browser. We do advise you to use a reasonably recent web browser.
What image editing software does Studio-Online use?
We use Adobe Photoshop software to process the images. Quality is very important to us and this means that we always work with the latest versions.
How many images can I upload at the same time?
There is a limit of 120 images per job. If you require larger amounts of data, a link to our web application is probably more practical. For more information about this, please contact our support department. (info@studio-online.nl)
How do I know when my images are ready?
You will receive an e-mail message immediately when the job is ready. You will always receive e-mail at the e-mail address you used when you created the job.

How do I import a clipped image file with alpha channel?

Does my internet browser work?
This website is best viewed using the following web browsers: Windows Internet Explorer (8 and higher), Firefox (32 and higher), Google Chrome (latest version). -Mac: Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome. Make sure your operating system and web browser is up to date at all times.
Which file type is the best choice?
That depends upon the purpose for which you wish to use the image. Choose PNG for presentations because the background is transparent. This means you will be able to place text or other images tight up against it. PSD is a good choice when you want to use your image for printing.
Is my data and are my details safe?
Studio-Online takes great care of your images. This means that your images are encrypted by us after uploading, which also applies to your profile information, including passwords. We use intelligent software to associate all your images with your ID, and they are each given a unique number, which makes it impossible for your images to be used by other users. Furthermore, physical access to our servers is also managed by a company specialised in hosting and management that is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
What happens to my data?
The images remain in our secure environment and they are edited encrypted during the editing process. After the editing process is complete, the images are made ready for you. The images will be held encrypted on our servers for as long as you want, up to a maximum of 3 months.
Can I reject images?
Yes, of course - if the result is not to your liking, we will restore it free of charge.
